We do allow bank transfer in certain circumstances, for many of our own exclusive properties. However, most independent landlords we deal with will not usually accept transfers unless from a corporate entity, as it gives them no guarantee of payment.

Are you able to pay by bank transfer, or is the problem that you don't have a bank account? Many landlords will now accept bank transfer, but normally require additional security against non payment.

We were hoping to find something around the Aspire area but have not had any luck. But we will take anywhere that is reasonable at this point. Thanks again for your input!
Your best shot is to go with a place that is owned by an Expat, which is usually only places like the Pearl, Lusail, etc.
Your agreement with the expat owner can be very informal, and he/she might be okay with you paying cash.
I think it would be hard to find an apartment complex / villa owned by a company / local Qatari that would be okay with this set up (unless the owner knows you).
