Pinoys dressing up like poofsters

I wonder if there is any symbolic meaning for that?

Actually, I'm not a big fan of those straight guys dressing up like fudge packers... although let me be clear I'm not homophobic ! Is it a cultural thing? A symbol of attraction?

Sorry, i don't mean to be mean...just sharing my observation...

PS: I don't make the stereotypes, I just see them ;)

Most people dress the way they are comfortable with.

Some people dress the way they think they look good on it.

(and they do, sometimes they don't)

no fuzz.

To all pinoy's credit: they always take good care of themselves, and more importantly they practice proper body hygiene. I wish that others could say the same!

I'm not a homo so I'm not familiar with this gay dress style thing... Just wondering, can you give an example about this poofsters attire?

By wirehead• 17 Oct 2011 19:50
wirehead

aaa....so poofsters are homos? i think this kind of fashion is called metrosexual. it's like a new kind of macho. or an anti-macho. can't really explain because i don't know much.

if you find this weird on pinoys you should try seeing some of our other far east asian neighbours. some straight guys even wear make up and do their nails. they may have clearer, more beautiful skin than girls do. it may freak out people from the west (or from the other end of asia) but once you get used to it, it works on them and it doesn't make them any less manly.

...ur post sounds very familiar!;)

by editing the subject, u messed up with what u wanted to mean...u only edited few words so u should have checked the dictio first for ur grammar before u posted it so that we can understand what u want to tell about the fili clothing style.

didn't get why u have to use my starting and ending lines...anyway, doesn't matter!;)

Mind if I ask you how you dress up? Well, for straight Pinoy guys as far as I know they dress up very well in an appropriate way. For homosexuals, well its not unusual to see them dressing up like poofsters and their are other nationalities who fond of fudge packing get up not only pinoy.
