I am interesting in micro-controller programming and I need to buy PIC 16F877A, bread board, programmer and many other components (Transistor, resistor, capacitor, osillator ect.) for testing.

sadly, I buy on ebay in the UK or US and ship via aramex. it's expensive, but I haven't come across a decent component supplier here.
