Qatar e mail problems?

I know of 2 people who have experienced a 24 hour delay between sending and e mail and other party receiving the e mail, this week. Both sets of e mails were Doha to Doha via qatar.net.qa. The must be a problem at qtel. Anybody else experienced this? Can anyone shed some light on this?

Qtel have a lot of more problems regarding their services and they are too lazy..

Once it took 3 days for my friend to recieve an email i sent him, and it was only words, no pics, no songs, nothing....
