Qatar Univ Accomodation

Hi all,
I am planning to come to Doha from USA on the first week August to join my academic job the Qatar Univ. QU will provide me with a villa. I have family of 4. Can any one give some idea about QU accommodation facilities in terms of quality of housing and location? Would appreciate any suggestion. More specifically, which facility/housing/compound do you recommend? and why?
