she did a great job in extending her help to the needy labourers  regarding the pick she is upset for that i cannot help and she is mature enough to understand the the pick guy was supposed to come at 7pm and he turned out at 8:15pm ... there were several people waiting from 6pm to go to camp .. the GM of HBK was waiting for us and he left since we could not arrive on time ?

OK QLers' party until 3.00am on Thursday (They throw us out from Ramada)and carried forward to BBQ last night (god only know what time) :)

That is truly good news.  Getting the kids into ASD was my biggest worry last year when we made the move.  It will be all smooth sailing from here on out.

ok - time to get off QL and get moving. Have to get the kids up and ready for orthodontist appointments. WOOHOO.

we just have too much stuff. To be honest, looking round the house, it doesn't seem to have made much difference. AND my wife wants to go to the car boot sale, which starts an hour after my sale, so she can see if there is any "stuff" that we "need"! LOL

We have some nice stuff, some okay stuff, and some crap.

Books, cd's dvd's, videos. games for PSP, PS2, PS3, ornaments, pictures, an old set of golf clubs, .... oh, my wife is selling handbags and teddy bears. And we've got a couple of cd holders that would go okay in a teenager's bedroom (which is here they came from). They will probably go down a treat.

What I can promise is that I am not arbitrarily nasty - and I'm more sarcastic than nasty anyway.

Normally, I'm a mixture between a teddy bear and a pussycat. Completely harmless. Sometimes. Usually. Nearly always. Nowand again.

no actually im new here and just starting to be active and getting familiar with other members... reading your post above made me think, what if i post something members find boring, will they bash me too like what you DS did?  if that is the case then i'll just keep my kissable lips

Incredibly Boring Old Fart

I go to Beverly Hills Salon .... at least I think that's what it's called. It's right next to Subway on the C Ring Road. My sense of direction is crap, so when I first got here it was the only one I could remember the directions to. 

Besides which, it's cheap. QR 40 for a numebr 1...... that'll do me !

Hello DS ... what is IBOF ... we have another BBQ tomorrow evening (yes 2 days in a row we have a BBQ this weekend) ... saturday hopefully finger cross we will have a quiet day in ... Might book myself a nice massage while husband enjoying his football and spend quality time with son. 

You going to get a haircut ? Where will you go ? I heard Patrice in Landmark is good. 

Don't know anybody in here really. Only started posting a few weeks ago. I'm glad I got a reaction though, and I'm sorry if I offended you. No really, I am. I mean it this time. Seriously.

greentea ... what the heck is happening?

I came online about an hour ago and went searching for the usual wise cracks, little arguments, serious comments, and little gems that make up the usual evening browse through QL, and it seems instead that it's been inhabited by hormonal teenagers.

Anyway, plans for the weekend: get a Number 1 haircut tomorrow, meet some friends for coffee, probably go out for dinner. Then on Saturday I have my own sale in the early afternoon, and off to the car boot sale later.

That's it- I'm a bit of an IBOF at the weekends; not too fond of crowds and I have gone right off drinking for a while.
