the bonus amount can also be used for international calls and not just local calls... charges are being debited first from the bonus amount...

The process for checking the ADSL speed as mentioned on Qtel website goes as follows...on their home page go to 'Products & Services', select 'internet services' then select 'ADSL speed upgrade FAQ' and then scroll down to the end of the page...
(hope it helps, though I have myself never checked if this process works or not)..

If you recharge for QR 100, the bonus QR 100 is not transferable
You cannot call international numbers or VF numbers using that 100 QR
It should be used before dec 31st..

exactly!! Read the terms n conditions! Their offer of free internet for 2 months with a 12 month subscription - I have 2 mbps and I get 0.35mbps
And they won't do anything about it

Q-tel always have some strings attached to their offers .. but look at VodaFone .. even though their service isnt that good now, they always come up with plain offers and no confusion ..
