I am pregnant like your friend, and I would suggest she goes to see Dr. Rizvi at Al Ahli Hospital.
Even if she doesn't get to see Rizvi, seeing any other female doc. there is worth it.

Do you need a Private Radiologist only or a Private Ob-Gyne Doctor also?
If Radiologist, to undergo ultrasound, there is Gulf X-ray & Laboratory along Al-kinana st. behind Toys R'Us.
If Ob-Gyne, though alot of good doctors here, but i personally recommend Dra. Amal Badi, her clinic at Old Gemco bldng. opposite road Toys R'Us.
