Little Rain and all the mess, the traffic was a total chaos today. I keep wondering why does little rain make the already so difficult driving even more difficult. Strange but true.. Safe driving guys..

the people here don't take the oil slick into account when it first starts raining. For at least the first hour of any rain, the road oils float to the surface and its slicker than owl you know what...it will stay that way until its rained enough to wash it off the surface. I've seen so many near and actual accidents because people won't SLOW down and they still tailgate!!! Dang..its rain, which means its WET, which means braking will be slower and hydroplaning happens, so make more room between you and the car ahead of you...Makes me wonder if they teach that in driver's ed here...

Yabaa Dabaa Doo !!! I got the Track option. Thanks.

Seriously, QLers how many of you are using the 'only for lovers, please don't disturb' group ? Just out of curiosity. (It's in - My Friends/Edit Groups/'only for .....')

Hijack, or bit off the topic. Sorry, after much thought I choose this redundant (for a while) topic. Where is the 'Track' option ? Just discovered there is a 'only for lovers, please don't disturb' group !!! Don't want to open another topic for this small info.

Doha does have a stormwater drainage system, believe it or not! Its just that the drainage inlets are covered in the summer to stop the drains filling with sand! They normally pull the covers off after the first big rain of the season, hopefully it gets better from here.. It is kinda fun driving to work through the puddles though!

Little Rain screws up fun... Today's rain was worst... roads full of dirty/muddy water.. white cars change their car to brown... its a coool scene when ur car alone looks neat in this rainly season and others are fully covered with mud...
