Random Act of Kindness Day - 1st September
By Kiwi in Qatar •
New Zealand celebrates nationwide Random Act of Kindness Day on the 1st September http://www.rak.co.nz/ but in the spirit of Ramadan (and just being a nice person!), why not start a Random Act of Kindness Day in Qatar? You could take some home baking to your neighbours or work mates, pay for a strangers coffee or let a car into the traffic (now that would be nice!).
In the words of George Elliston, "how beautiful a day can be when kindness touches it!".
this is a common feature in the subcontinent
tinker, i will pay for coffee...lets go out together this evening..and you please be kind to me and accept the invitation..:)
I stopped helping random ppl...:)
Happy smart thought...lol...Khanan noble thought..:)
doesn't need a "special" day, IN MY OPINION.
This is inherent in anyone of us irregardless what day or event we have.
if you do it just because of ramadan season its nothing.
For what ?..just to show to others that you celebrate ramadan and after that back to normal?
anyway, i do believe that the true act of kindness is with SINCERITY.. NO TIME REQUIRED, and place.
Kiwi...where should I come for the coffee (obviously you have to pay for it)...:)We are strangers... right. Be kind to me....:)
nice one Khanan !!
and it can be your Random act of Kindness
