Hi... Can u tell me which is the best laptops to buy and wat is the expected cost for it??

u r not a designer, producer or anything that has to do with multimeda... u'll be seriously wasting your money.

Get a Toshiba or IBM or a Dell would be great too. But anything else besides that I wouldn't recommend.

Mac is the way to go, I can compare as I currently got a Mac, a Dell, a Fujitsu Siemens, 2 HP and 2 Sony Vaio's (all bought the last year.

that's 100% true bleu. usually the T series are for the business people or the so called heavy duty users.

their is R,W and SL series for different usages. i am personally talking about the IBM lenovo brands cz i work in a business partner.

i could cut you on a nice deal based that the laptop is mine but it needs to be hash hash.

What do you want to do with it?

Everytime I buy a laptop,I ask myself :

Do I need it to read memory cards?

Do I need a DVD writer?

Does it have Windows XP drivers? (I still don't like Vista)

My rule is not to buy Sony Vaio (the keyboard reminds me of a fisher-price toy I had in the 70s) or Acer, and current specs are 2GB of RAM, 15" screen (9-14 is too small, 17/19 too huge).

Most of the other specs are standard (Wireless, Mousepad, Speakers...).
