RUST IN CARREFOUR FLASK

QLérs,
I bought a stainless steel flask from Carrefour in landmark shopping mall only to discover 3 days later rust forming at the bottom. If it really was stainless steel then it shouldnt rust!
Problem I have is that I have been feeding my new born with boiled water from the flask and she now has a stomach ache.
I am absolutely furious and will never shop there again.
How can I go about officially reporting them before god forbid something serious happens to someone else?
