Satallite TV stopped working

My satallite tv is not working properly since sundays rain storm.

I have a Dream box, so can get all channels, but now i cannot get the Orbit Showtime stuff. However, the rest of the channels still work.

I have checked all connections, and there is no water in them, and the receiver is working fine as it is connected to the internet and receiving the channel lists and EPG.

When i select a channcel on the OSN, it says the BER is zero. Is this normal?

Why dont u check with the service provider instead ?
