Shops selling Refurbished laptops in Sofitel

Yesterday, Friday evening i went to Sofitel to buy a Laptop, i was interested in Hp duo core or Hp i3, i found a lot of shops selling these laptop, when i bargain the price in one shop the final price was 2800 the laptop Hp duo core 4 G memory, 512 mo screen, 320 Go disk, but i was surprised that in the box there were mentionned HP REFURBISHED, i told him what is that, is this computer repared , he said no, it is original and new.
I check four shops and they have same thing,
How they are fooling people like that

Be carrefull, REFURBISHED is not new, it is repared

in internet when you find an item refurbished the price is discounted more than 60 %
but here they are fooling people
I will never buy anything from them.
