oh, me too, i do, but i am awaken by sleep paralysis, mostly happens in the morning. i suggest you experience it first hand and then tell me if it because of horror movies or it is just in your mind, my friend :)
hi guys, i am experiencing sleep paralysis for over 15 years now, and everytime i feel it i'm so scared, just last month i know the fact about this, i went and search the internet about this, some said its evil entities trying to posses our body other said its normal for all human being and its more to spiritual thing, i tried the second one myself and found things for myself, now i love sleep paralysis and i even induce it, i suggest you guys make research or experiment while you are under sleep paralysis, just think of good things when you cant move and having vibrations and you see what i mean, just dont fight it , just relax and observe the feeling and your thoughts, don't be scared it actually normal, it happens every night when we go to sleep, we only feel sleep paralysis when our body fell asleep first than our mind, but it is normal it happens everytime we sleep, its a sleep process so we don't sleep walk. :)
Any idea whats the medical term for this condition?. Have heard of people sleeping with the oxygen cylinder connectd. No detailed idea about the condition though..
this actually have no-known cause but theory said it is associated with migraine, stress, sleeping in supine position or new environment.. or in old belief,it's a devil that is trying to haunt u in your sleep. sometimes it lead me to insomnia..
when u sleep then suddenly u can't move and feel like u can't breath.. i suffered this for long time, even having an attack 5 times during sleeping hours.

okay.. it happens night or day when we go to sleep. :)
but i have experienced it first hand and explore it, so i don't just believe to anyone who speaks about it even if its good or bad, i know it. :)
nobody really understood it til the 21st century, they used to relate it to evil things, witchcraft or something bad, the reason i don't know...
But I sleep during the day.
sleep paralysis is a medical term, i think they called it sleep paralysis cos it happens at night when we go to sleep
But then you are not sleeping anymore. So, why do you call it 'sleep-paralysis' when you have to be awake to notice it?

Right, my friend. When I sleep, I sleep!
there is a reason why we experience it, not just because we think of it, i didnt even know it when i first experiece sleep paralysis when i was a kid,
@LincolnPirate , i think you have not experience sleep paralysis in your life, right my friend? :)
It should be called wake-paralysis, because you only 'feel' it when you are awake. And that means, it's in your mind. Stop watching horror movies.
