Can anybody suggest me where sliming programme is conducted in Qatar? Now a days different types of surgery is going on like "Lyposucction " etc by which u can reduce your complete fat within few hours. I am searching for low budget method of Fat reduction.

a low calorie balanced diet coupled with aerobics is effective,slow but natural. surgery,pills and other artificial means have a temporary effect not to mention side effects.
Fat - Loss pills are just sh*t!! Just don't get trapped. These pills usually put a tremendous pressure on a vital organ Kidney and may lead to kidney failure.
As i said earlier there are no short cuts to slimming.
first of all try to know your BMI (Body Masss Index) so you will know as to how many kgs. u need to lose. There are several ways of losing weight it depends on which you can do easy for you i give you choices:
1. the parafango wrap its a kind of body wrap that can reduce your cellulite its from seaweeds and it is effective to an inch loss for the first month.
2. Sauna bath not only helps to lose ur weight but at the same time it is very healthy but beware if u have a high blood pressure its not applicable for you.
3. G5 this is the slimming massage.
4. an expensive machine called oxy spa this machine covers all from slimming to thereaupeutic massage reflex and many more but this is expensive.
5. Diet more water less cabs.
you have ur choices its up for u to decide. it works if your a well displined person.
Lyposuction is mainly used to remove spot fat, like on lower abdomen, thighs etc. Mind well not for a complete fat removal. There is no method to remove all fat instantlly. However,it is dangerous if more than 3 ltrs of fat is removed at a time.
If you are really searching for a low budget method you simply don't need to go far away!! just regular exercising, healthy diet and a little meditation is more than useful. Eat plenty of salads, fruits. Also try to drink at lest 2-4 glasses of Butter Milk everyday. You are an Indian so you surely know Taak or Chhach!! Taak has fat removing properties.
Beware, just don't go for any instant solution of Fat removal, it usually bounces back.

Anything with rice - Dinner
+ coffee or tea
That works for me.
You can't really lose fats in a blink of an eye it come with discipline and iron will.
