Sponsorship transfer
Hi everyone! I just want to ask about the sponsorship transfer requirements because I am currently transferring my sponsorship to a new employer. I already have the police clearance and the transfer form signed and stamped by both parties, but my. current sponsor did not give me the NOC letter but they already signed my transfer form.. do I still need to ask for that NOC or the transfer form is enough anyway they signed it already? Any ideas anyone please?
you shall check it with the mandoob of the new company who is the person going to apply for the transfer procedures
its better the new sponsor check on that issue...
Based on my experienced, documents needed for sponsorship transfer are the following:
1. copy of the applicant's passport with valid residence permit
2. copy of computer card for companies sponsorship
3. copy of id card
4. police clearance certificate
5. no objection certificate from the present sponsor
Hope it will help.

NOC or no objection certificate means an employee going on an exit and can come back to work for another sponsor at anytime.
A transfer means no need to go home because you found work and your current employer is willing to transfer your sponsorship/visa to another company.
If your new employer doesn't ask for it, keep mum and let process to carry on.
