It surely should happen in ME but the day these poorly paid people try to gang up and/or register case against the organisation ... the sponsor will throw them out of the country. what safe guard will these guys have and remember.. in US people do not want a NOC to work for a another company... unlike here in ME.

Odds are very much against employees here than US.

I told the guy at my local to 'keep the change' once and he informed me it was not permitted and INSISTED that I take it all back.  So I've never tried to tip at Starbucks since.

i give tips direct to the server...of course i do it discreetly as some may think it's something else...it's happening around the world...sheesh...these managers, aren't they satisfied with their salaries that they have to steal from those baristas? how greedy!

they should be drowned in a pool of hot latte!
