Suggestions Please
I was just driving by Doha Clinic and a man came from around back riding a bicycle with only a hospital gown (open in the back)on. He didn't appear to be escaping or running, just enjoying a leisurly bike ride.
Any suggestions for what this guy might have been doing, where he was going or what he was thinking?

maybe the hospital got no water and needs a tremendous use of CR, hence prompting him to go out and look for one comfortable restroom..:D
