Sun-time is driving me crazy...

... dawn at 06:00 am, sunset at 17:00...

Its crazy.
Im used to dawn at 07:30-08:00 - normally I see dawn from the car while driving to work...
Im used to sunset at 19:30-20:30... (even 21:00 in summer)...

Here with this darkness Im sleepy at 20:00... it is very bad, its starting to affect my mood... Im going to start believing in bio-rithms...

Anybody same problem than me? Any trick to be used to this sun-timetable?

ACTUALLY,,,,,,I come from a country where winter is long ,dark and ofcourse COLD. I couldnt stand the cold so I came M.E. to live. However, I find the winter here bitter now.

same sun hours, but displaced...

normally I enter at work when dark and I go out when still there is sun... here is the opposite...

and it is making me feel that when I go out there is nothing else that can be done...

I dont know, it is a very extrange feeling...

Dottie, Scandinavia is worst, I agree... I heard about problems in the people 'cause of this.

I just checked and today the sunset in Barca is about 1740 and in Seville it is 1820.

ha ha - you should try living in Scandanavia in winter - it doesn't really get light all day in December. And in June it doesn't get dark!!
