Taxi Complaint

Does anyone know of who I could ring or write/email to complain about the taxis - I know its a long shot but I need to vent steam.

I make use of them currently and will in the future as well. Their drivers are friendly and professional AND ON TIME!!! Actually they arrive before their pick up time and they don't honk the horn to let me know they are there.
