so NOC is the only way to enter qatar again? no other options?
NOC...NOC...its hard to get NOC...many have tried but nobody gets from my old sponsor...i have co-employee work with him for 6 years but he still did'nt give NOC.
No, your employer does not have to file an objection with the immigration department for you not to be allowed into Qatar. If you have had an RP that was cancelled/expired within the last two years, you MUST have an NOC to re-enter the country. It's not a question of whether or not you were banned, you will know that you can enter Qatar if you have your NOC in your hand at the airport. If you do not, you cannot.
you mean 2 years more after he exited the country or 2 years after the residents permit has expired???
I resigned also and my working visa was cancelled last year , they refused to give me NOC and they said their not giving to all who will leave even finished or unfinished contract...
A source said the no-objection certificate was needed only in cases where the sponsor had filed to the Immigration Department his objection to the former employee’s to enter the next two years after his departure. Is it true?
how can i know if I'm blocked by my previous sponsor from returning? ??? have now some job offer also in qatar but the new employer/sponsor advise me to check first if my previous employer banned me or not! and if not their willing to give me rp...how can i know? thank you
