VoIP.. Do they sell skype cards here?? If they do where??

Hey everyone!
Can anyone help me with this VoIP thing? I need to know if they sell cards here (comp to phone cards). Qtel charges too much for calling overseas. I'm using skype but I need to know if they sell skype call cards here? Or any VoIP program like skype? Merci! =p
I have bought dealership for voip (phone to phone) service. Just pick up your normal telephone and dial the international number at even cheaper rates than Skype.
All that you need to have is a Pap2 linksys router and I can supply you credits directly into your account. No need for a credit card or visit sofitel to buy the credits! :) A webbased login will be provided to you and you can check your calls made and balance by logging on the web.

If you have a credit card, then you can buy call credits directly from Skype online. But if you want other VOIP programs, you can buy call credits at the computer shops in Sofitel (Souq National) area.
