Weight Lose By Subtracting Calories
Overweight has become a common problem in this century. Probably we are eating more than what we need, some of us believe on releasing stress by eating. We should have overcome our mental barriers, stop carrying with this bad habit knowing that overweight is unhealthy, and it does affect our body system, which might cause diseases.
“You will put on weight if have more calories than required and you will lose weight, if you consume less calories”, it sounded simple, but how many of us can really apply it into our eating habit?
Let’s start today with these few easy steps to watch out for our calories:-
First you need to find out how many calories a person as your age, sex, and weight usually requires in a
day. For instance, you normally need 3000 calories in a day, then you could begin by setting a goal to
subtract 500 calories each day to lose One Pound per week, or you may go for 1000 calories per day to get
better result by losing Two Pounds but do take note that it is unhealthy to lose more than two pounds in a
week.
(There are about 3500 calories = 1 pound. 3500calories ÷ 7days = 500calories less per day)
Counting your calories of every single food that you consumed, whether it from biscuit, bread or cheesecake, dont forge to include drinks as well. You will tend to feel hungry by reducing 500 calories intake, you just got to bear with it for a start , try to eat fruits which content high-fiber and drink lots of water.
Exercise is required other then controlling on your food intake. To see effective result on your weight lose,
go for more intense exercise like swimming consistantly for 30-45 minutes four time per week to burn more
calories.
Following are some guides of calories expended by a 150 pound person after 30 minutes of continuous exercise:
Swimming - 350 calories
Cycling - 250-300 calories
Running - 300-350 calories at 5-6mph
Walking Briskly - 150 to 180 calories
You are no longer required to exercise such an intensively every single day once you slimmed down but that
will be helpful if you can have a 15-20mintues briskly walk to maintain your weight and stay health 3-4
times a week or at least once a week. Just Do Not Do Nothing….wish you all the best on your weight loss
journey.
