What are the grounds of employee termination?
Hi everyone, I have been employed in my company 6 months ago but I have been under there sponsorhip 3 months after my service. My boss informed me before that he like me considering he has a wife with 3 kids. I am not allowed to be seen with other guys because of this and whenever he did he will be so harsh at me, now he is threatening me and small mistakes I will do he will block mail me by telling he will give me written warning for that and eventually cancell my visa. If people will find mistakes at you, for sure they will for human are not perfect. My question, If incase he give me a written warning for something i did wrong and planned to cancel will I be deported right away and will not have a time to attest myself? and what are the cases he can give me written warning? or worste cancell my visa?
I will really appreaciate any helpful reply on this matter.
