Wow...all this while i am asleep : )

A huge white lilly bouquet goes to all.

Thank God i woke up from the right side this morning...Darude if u want to know what i was doing u have to ask again today coz its a long story haha...hmm will u mind telling me what u were doing in sudan for 4 years...studying? what and where i really am interested.

i thank god everyday for giving me my son i feel blessed just having him.Yes its kind of funny but i love watching him sleep....during the day he is on the move destroying my beautiful house,so the only time i can see his angelic face is when he is asleep.

Novita dear yes and i am proud does go to tots corner, but as my hubby calls him " HIS HIGHNESS " poor little boy has asthma,so we literally pay the month's fees but he goes 2 weeks then his asthma attacks....

I am not going for the summer.....hubby working hard...has his career upgrade training soon....i am and will always be there for him.(we were high school sweethearts) ;)

now i know i can depend on u,ladies and gentlemen,so have a great day.

Trouble with crying then your eyes are all puffy.

Feeling hopeless is worst. If you cry because someone has been unfair and you think right - I'm doing something about this... that is very positive because it is a catalyst for taking affirmative action and sorting out the situation. Sometimes you end up with a wry smile and actually a twist a fate means that things turn out very well.

Sudan is a beautiful country - I have been up past dongola - now sudan and the humble kindness of the people in the villages warmed my heart and made me smile a lot.

i will tell you what i have learnt from personal experience and i try to use it everyday.

getting anxious, depressed is a vicious circle. the only person to control is yourself. at times we do have pangs of inadequacies or inefficiencies and we feel lonely and helpless, but this is momentary.

when this goes on to include more negativity, then a problem is arising and its a very narrow threshold, once the negative thoughts start, there is no end and you are in a whirlool of negativity which will make you cry.this can go on like a cycle.

you have to literally tell yourself, not to go there and not to think. you have to tell youself aloud to think positive and ask Lord to not let such thoughts come into your mind.it works.you contro your mind, not vice versa.

believe me, its possible and it works.

another thing that also works is visualisation.

do you have a picture of something very serene, very beautiful in mind. whenever you dont get sleep or are tired, always close your eyes and think of only this picture surrounding you, its gets you to focus and makes your calm.

ram....i love yr real name.chocolate does work...but it has side effects for us women...extra time at gym !!!

i usually take off in the car and play Eros ...so next time u r driving and something flashes past u..then u realise it was a car that passed.....thats me...just that recently doha streets have these radars.....in one day i got 3 tickets...was really angry and didnt know the damn things were on!

hamlet is right, when you are down, you must brave it out and do something really silly.

my son doesnt like me working out on the treadmill and when i am irritated and not in the mood for a workout, i put on some fast music and have a dance routine with my son.

my son's laughter looking at their mom being a total cartoon really makes me laugh and tired.my little tiny tot looks at me and laughs as if i have gone totally crazy.alhamdullilah.

crying helps too, just makes you let go for a change, but too much of it is not good.

my tears r so close..usually...my hubby hates it he thinks i use them....not that it works hahaha seriously crying helps relieve the stress but sometimes it makes it worse...my mum also says whenever a person reachs that point they should pray.it does work but sometimes my demons r pretty wicked : )

I cry.

Not very helpful eh?

actually make sure I am getting enough sleep and go for regular walks and eat lots of fruit.

No-one should be allowed to take any pills until they have fufilled the above three.

Walking oxygenates the brain and helps stress a lot.

Actually i'm doing the same but i listen to Metallica, Savatage or scorpions .. Although i'm classical but i don't know how i feel better when i listen to this noisy music .. but i'm not doing the other part jumping around with a groom .. i stand up .. hands free and assuming that i have electric guitar (cuz i don't have one) and banging my head ...

Staying alive Try to go into something.. something that will attract ur attention .. like a movie or a hobby "wutever ur hobby is" .. Try not to think about it "if there is certain thing ...

Han19 That was so wise of u .. i like wut u have said .. although a lot of times i can't do it .. but i keep on trying ..

han u r such a wonderful person .. Mash allah ..

hey pretty girl,

don't feel so blue it will only add another unwanted wrinkles on your face SMILE!!! if you're an introvert person try to start a cross stitching hobby that will make your eyes tired and eventually you will sleep but if you're an extrovert type of person we can have a walk in Corniche with your kids .....

gym. I know when I get down I just head outside (or used to head outside) and walk for about 30 min. Would clear my head because I tried not to think about anything unpleasant or irritating. It got so bad that when I'd get grumpy, my hubby would say...um, hon, why don't you go for a walk...lol

I listen to Green Day in the loudest volume I can use without the neighbors calling the police for me, hold the groom stick and pretend it is a guitar, keep on jumping and cheering the crowds...and that is it, within few minutes I feel great….and sleepy :)......

i'm on it han19...leaving it all to HIM, trying not to think at all for every solutions..but still i have to rule my mind over "whatever"..has to be that way, otherwise, my life would be a disaster..:D :D

nice to have a sensible woman like you on board..:)

hi my big blue glitty teddy.

think about it more.it does make sense. i usually get upset and frustrated when i am expecting something and its not going as per my plans, but the major Planner is our Almighty.

we have to work to acheive our plans, but gotto leave the results in His hands.when we dont do this, we are trying to control time and the outcome, and it doesnt always keep us happy.

it difficult to do this, because human nature is to try and control.but we need to learn to let go.

look at your son, isnt his face sufficient to lift your spirits up and make you feel good.

you mentioned overwhelmed, stressed and hopeless. did you have a bad day at work or feeling inefficient?

its a passing phase my dear.

one day is fun, another day is lousy.if i feel overwhelmed or stressed its usually an indication that i am thinking about something that i have no control over or frustrated about something i have no control of changing, so the best solution is leave it in the hands of Who controls it, our almighty.its difficult, but not impossible.

does this make sense.
