I'm at work in the newsroom, time is 0830am and I feel like a Full English breakfast, but can't as I'm doing Atkins, been a week now lost 4 lbs......so had a couple of eggs and a few slices of bacon (halal of course) but life is ok...and i'm grateful

I slept for only an hour and a half last night. Slept at 6.30 am, woke up at 8 am and went to school, was a really busy day and finally got home at about 7 pm, I was planning to sleep cause I couldn't keep my eyes open but now somehow I'm wide awake but I'm still too tired to go out anywhere or see anyone, I prefer to hide in my little cave :D
