Who really rules the world today?

Its been around 10 years since the darkest morning in the history of USA.

The main Cause of it 'Osama-bin-laden' has still not been caught.

Why is it so.? I mean, Sadaam Hussain (was a president of Iraq) who just refused to share oil mines with USA was caught and punished withing a year..
That matter wasn't too big as compared to the 9/11 happening. Osama-Bin-Laden is still a free soul..

The US army just looked up for Sadaam Hussain everywhere. They caught him. But what about Osama-Bin-Laden.? A period of 10 years is huge.

It simply shows that the powers of a President are so much less as compared to that of a terrorist.?
Is it so, or Osama-Bin-Laden is a genius.?

Every day we come to hear about some bomb blasts etc. Do you think terrorism is everywhere these days.? Terrorism rules the world.?

What really rules?

The Worlds Legal Official Organizations or the terrorists.?
