Thanks a lot Jauntie and Qatarisun, for your soothing words, really helps.

I always shared a special relation with my Papa. No, I was not a perfect nice daughter. Many a times I put him troubles but he was there behind me every time.

But yes , the time is a great healer.

But this year is much better than it used to be in previous years. I mean you can still get a nice breeze along the corniche at night sometimes.

1. My mother - the epitome of patience, sacrifice, love, endurance and perseverance. Her (nagging) voice eases my homesickness.

2. My daughter - I left when she was 13 and now she's 16; I'm missing a lot...

3. My son - never spoke of him much but I do speak with him everyday. My mobile/office phone bills burns my pocket but it's worth every single riyals (QAR1 = 12.56 pesos)

4. My siblings - got 1 sister and 2 brothers; they give me headaches whenever I hear them tell their problems (over the phone); only if they would remember to ask how was I doing here in Qatar :-P

5. My "MAN" - left Qatar 6 months ago; e-mails and calls do keep us connected; LDR's such a DRAG but I'm cool because I'll see him comes September ;-)(talk about catching up)

6. of course, the "P**K" - all the dishes that I missed, including the cholesterol, high blood that goes along with it (lol). One more egg/chicken meal and I'll lay an egg sometime soon...lol
