Woqod New Gas Cylinders
By best-qatar •
Woqod is in the process of introducing new Gas cylinders for home use. I would request through this forum that the new Gas cylinders be fitted with a usage meter, so that we can track the usage of the gas and know when to really change it.
At the moment we lift the gas cylinder and check the weight, to see whether it is really empty and sometimes a lot of gas is left in the cylinder unused.
I hope many of you might has come across this problem. I hope some person from Woqod is reading this.
Please suggest if you have better ideas. Thanks.
very funny.... a full cylinder costs 15 riyals, and you would have surely used 80% of it before thinking of a refill. The left over gas is worth about 3 riyals. You want a checking device fixed to each cylinder to check how much gas is left in it? Do you have any idea how much it will increase the cost of the cylinder itself??
It would be a real good idea to have a stand by cylinder. use it until you have exhausted the first one.replace with the stand by and get a refill in place of the empty cylinder.
Erm, why don't you just use the cylinder till it runs out!!!
atif242....QAR:365/.....no way...
I saw the price of a NEW CYLINDER which is QAR:365/-.
.
They ar available at WOQOD PATROL STATION on NAJMA street
Its silly they are still stuck with cylinder...its really time they started piped gas...cylinders are so yesterday :(
if the old ones are out of stock ... then u can use wood to make fire !!:D ... Just waste of time and money !
I like the adverts, it says that the new cylinders are lighter than water, water is one of the heaviest substances out there, alas the advert was not intended for people with scince background.
what if they phase out the old ones ukeng? You will be forced to buy a new one
Keep a spare cylinder, so u can use one till it's completely over. Than u use the spare and order a refill!
I am sticking to my old ones.. until someone starts delivering them..:)
Plus I paid QR200 for cylinders and woqod is only giving QR50 for my old ones..
