Working permit

I am here in Qatar under my husband sponsorship. Currently I just got a job and my HR ask me I need work permit. My question here is:
1- Do I need working permit since I have residence visa here n under husband sponsor?
2- Without working permit expat's wife could not work in Qatar?

Any response here would be much appreciate.

3- How many % possibility that worker without working permit will get caught by MOL?

Before it wasnt that important to get labour card but after wht happend in villaio all things has changed, and now there is a big compaign going on by checking all companies by ministry of labour so all companies are nt ready to face troubles with them.
