Xserve is dead and discontinued

As of January 31, 2011, Xserve, its dedicated server hardware will not be available in the Apple store and even published a pdf document titled Xserve Transition Guide, and they clearly states in that document that they will not develop a future version of Xserve, but instead advised the users that are looking for a server solution to use Mac Mini Server or Mac Pro Server.
