Visit visa under process with expiry date

Dear all, Applications of visit visa for my parents, submitted on 24gh dec 2017, and yesterday day i have received messages from metrash, that visas ready to deliver for my mother and father, but today only my father visa printed by immigration and they told my mother visa is under process, and captain told with CID, so what does it mean, can anyone help?
