Beware of FAKE ‘undercover agents’

I had a very bad time when this same incident did run over my life... i knew it was a huge fraud because the way they use to blackmail me was not usually fit for a CID.

I also read news reports from sites about Human trafficking and when i can to a site where a person says she is from Qatar, can offer human flesh to feed people here.. i was surprised... anyways get back to the topic.. i get a call from a unknown number ... and asked me i wanted to ... (CENSORED).. As i was curious about the prank call i continued with a "Yes". and then asks me my nationality.. i asked the same and the person refuses to continue... every single day she calls on the same time...

One say she asked me to meet her at location.. embarrassing is that a Citizen walks upto my car .. pulls open the door ans screams CID.. and then off my car and asks me to sit to the passenger seat.. i was feeling so weird..what kind of CID would ask you to do that. No proof no data nothing .. he then accelerates to the max.. and the engine roars and takes off.... after reaching a safe point.. he continues , calls he partner and says my nationality .. which clicked me out that he was making sure that i was not a citizen..

He said me to pay him 2000 or else he would take me to the cops.. i was in fear after all this happening to me.. a rented car .. he blackmailed me with it.. he said if i don't pay him he will take my car ... and will return only when i pay him ..

at last i promised to pay him when i get my pay... he them asked what i had in my wallet.. that hurt me a lot because i only had 400 to survive the last month ..

i tried my best to plead (acting)that i will surely pay him.. later he said he will call me end of the week .. and tell me where to come ..

i continued and waited and then he calls me the same day at night like around 50 times.. i never picked up my cell ..

two days , three days.. he kept calling.. i felt so bad .. but the one day he calls me from a second number and said he will come to my work place and arrest me ..

that night when he called me again .. i asked him to come to capital police station.. he said fine .. and he calls me again in 2 seconds and said "HEY DO YOU THINK I AM AFRAID" ?????????? whats that supposed to mean ..

CID saying the above lines wow.....

he tried me again .. i forced him to obey me to come to the police station ... then he never ever called me till today..

DEAR QL .. be careful..
identity was something i didn't ask .. now...
your safety. . the number he called me in was 6501112 and the second voice was 6494241 JUST BE CAREFUL...

be safe

It was sometime late of last year (2008)when I was in my car (then) on my way to a QLSG meet-up at Irish Harp when a landcruiser overtook my car and motioned me to stop. I did stop but instead of opening my (driver side)window, I opened my passenger side window more than half way(but making sure that my doors are locked) and asked him what he wants.

The guy seemed nice, and invited me for coffee which I politely declined. he gave me his number and wouldn't get off my way until i give him a missed call so he would get my number. After a couple of hours, he called me for 3-4x in a row. On the 5th call, I answered the call and said "You seemed to be a nice guy but I'm not interested. So please stop calling." and hang up the call. Then he started sending me bad messages for the next hours.

I send him a text message that if he's not gonna stop, I'll report him to the police. He called me and when I answered, he was cussing like a drunken sailor and told me that he's not afraid coz he's works for the police.

I just told him, "Well, if you really work for the police, you know quite well what I would do next..so see you tomorrow at the station coz i'm gonna show the police all your text messages..." he hung up the phone quickly.

The next day, i went to see a friend who's brother is a policeman...guess what happened? When we tried call the number..it was closed...nyehehehehe

:-P

I'm just commenting on your post. Apologies if I had jumped into conclusion but that's how i see it... It's amazing how you decided to see her out when you stated that...

"I also read news reports from sites about Human trafficking and when i can to a site where a person says she is from Qatar, can offer human flesh to feed people here.. i was surprised... anyways get back to the topic.. i get a call from a unknown number ... and asked me i wanted to ... Fine! I'll bite... in the end, it's you who suffered the consequences... and you clearly don't take "NO" as an answer. So what's the use of comment? cheers to that. lol! =)

by the way, if you think im scribbling your thread, and you find it non-sense, whether you like them or not, people will air out their thoughts, including mine... lol (again...) =)

"TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT!" as simple as that...

SolidSnake9 said " curiosity kills brother... but im glad he left you alone... " That's nice to support one of your kind ,,

well it depends on what "LUCK" you trying to see issues like these too, brother..

Who knows the fact of these calls .. i think only because its a "HER" u think i tried... wow that's wonderful bro ..

in that case if a some investigation team was following the call what you u say .. was that person too trying his luck..

or if it was a lady who followed the call .. come on think positive.. and people who want to try lucks ...usually don't scribble here in QL...

Dweller says "thing to say yes in the first place.

If it HAD been the CID you would have been out of the country by now!" ... yeah ,,, CID with prank calls.. interesting huh.. come back to sense.. is this what CID do in Qatar.. for saying YES i am out of this country ..

i respect the people.. but when u stop seeing that who in front of you is also a human .. then starts the WAR..

take it easy.. think twice b4 u tell stuff..

take it or leave it , as simple as that

noted.. thanks..

After that first call, I don't think you took it as a prank call, don't you? you went out to meet her, so i suspect you took it seriously, hoping to push your luck that day, am i right? curiosity kills brother... but im glad he left you alone...
