Hello everyone.. Hope all are doing good... I need advice if anyone can help... We friends joined British Council to learn advance english.. As we thought it will be good as them seem to us professional and well known though fees was high, but we don't wanted to waste our time so we joined there nd after 2-3 lessons we realised that our teacher is not professional and is not able to solve our grammar problems. soon we were sure that she is not the professional teacher.they took our evaluation test to see in which level we can go.. Thn they decide us to give intermediate 3 level..which we found quite easy after attending classes.. When we complained about it they said first we need to discuss with our teacher then we should complained we discuss with our teacher she told us that she will discuss with management.after she told us that they will change our study material which they didn't till now.. But we were also waiting them to response our complained about teacher.. Which they didn't till we have passed 1 month after that we again complained and they changed out teacher but unfortunately we had wasted almost 13 lectures and were left with only 7 lectures.. But we couldn't improve our english at all..when we complained we told them that we need extra lecture which we have wasted with previous teacher... we have been told that they call us personally for regarding our complains which they didn't till now... We feel we have been cheated because they charged us 2200 Qr for fees 50 Qr for evaluation test and 300 Qr for books totall it was 2550Qr . We are have only 3 lessons left... Most of the student stop coming to the class as it was not helping them to improve their english we only 6 are there who are hoping to get something good out of that big amount.. But we feel disappointed now any advice what can be done in this matter..

you have to talk to them, they should understand!!

or talk to the "boss" who ever is he, because you know, they dont wanna ruin their reputation as being the best in Qatar. i dont really find them that good.
