How big is the difference in living conditions for expats in terms of cost and being conservative between Qatar and Riyadh, KSA ?

Qatar more cheap? is that a joke or what? plus u get same facilities here and there! the only diff is that Qatar is more open and life is more easy! KSA is a very bad country to live in! plus in KSA u can save money more! but this is a debate that will never end. u choose :)

Qatar have more freedom or wat ever. But, KSA is is chepest wise Cost of Living. You can find a Large Villa for ( 5-6bedrooms with Majlis n few toilets.) for Yearly rental of Saudi Riyal 20000/- its less than that.. Im sure about it. One of My Cousin Stil works there for 5 years. Is 3 bedroom Home is only cost of for 6500 per year..??? Can you believe this.. Pls chek with anyone..

But Good thin about the Qatar is its everything easy here, not like KSA, but, if u want to Save Money, Live in Peace KSA, is good option. But want have lots of fun n spend lots of money over the weekends, better to stay in Qatar.

Hey guy

I think...the problem in KSA IS the people...u can deal with people hard thre...I heard that from many people...

It is a good place to live there ...it is a conservitive country, but u will have difficult treatment with them

In general,in qatar u can deal with people easily...

As far as I know KSA is the most conservative country in the world. So for sure for an Expat Qatar is better to live in. But for some people, they like the way of life in KSA as well. (I heard from a friend that one of his friends who was a drunk person decided to live in Mecca. And he is telling that he found the inner peace and happy to be there for praying Kaaba and so on) Sure if you are looking for liberty, freedom and such things you shall consider Qatar better than KSA.
