Wassup, what do you guys think about Qatari drivers when you are driving down the streets. For example, do they drive fast or crazy or what? I know that driving here is totally differen than so many countries.

in short, what are the good(s) and bad(s)

[mod note: This has been discussed many, many times before. Please do a search.]

Saw the strangest sight in my rear view mirror yesterday.. A land cruiser bearing down on me without a driver.. When it finally started "tail gating" me , I managed to make out a pir of large dark sunglasses, just visible above the steering wheel. I moved over at the first reasonable chance..

None respect for the traffic laws, for the police, for life. - Little children are air bags, a cell phone in one hand is a must. Cues must be circumvented. Speed humps must be avoided through leaving the road. Coca Cola cans cannot stay in the car but must fly out of the window. Speed is an unknown factor.

I always thank God when I see a destroyed white Land Cruiser. One risk less on the roads.

Driving here is no different than most other countries. You get the sane and reasonable drivers and then you get the morons who rush about without due care for others.

The secret is to have your wits about you and drive using your brain, eyes and ears.
