Why the beaches are such a big deal?

Can someone give a useful info about it?
I just want to go to a nice , clean and mixed beach !!!

dont know why the original poster wants a 'mixed' beach so bad... but for a nice beach for family and small kids Fuwairit is wonderful. Usually not many...if any other ppl there. sand is nice n soft, not rocky... lots of seashells for kids to pick and nice tidal pools for kids to splash around in. also good swimming (according to my hubby...i dont swim myself)

There will be no mixing on the beaches in Qatar. If you want mixing, best to take along your own mixers and head out to one of the beaches yourself with some friends.
