Katara launch Ramadan Festival

Katara Cultural Village launched its Ramadan festival on Friday with a treasure hunting competition, held for the second year in a row.
The treasure hunt is to be held all night every Friday throughout the holy month, that will see the winner get a QAR5,000 prize.
Katara Art Studios will host a variety of workshops, including one on live graffiti, from 8pm in Building 19 until July 18.
There are daily religious lectures at Katara, with senior scholars and preachers speaking on a variety of topics related to Islam and Ramadan.
What time the treasure competition starts? Is it allowed for expats and their wives to participate in it or only locals and children are allowed for the competition??
