About Labor Card - URGENT!!!! Should I?

Hi All,

I know that there have been a lot of postings about Labor Card enquiry here in QL, eg. http://www.qatarliving.com/answers/visas-and-permits/procedure-for-work-...

I wanted to check , if i submit this labor card, and do not sign any internal contract with the present company, will I be able to quit this company and join any other company without any hassles? My sponsor is my husband and the company wants a labor card to be submitted. I want to check if there are any loopholes in this, as my company says, that will not be required to sign a contract, no notice period ( or 10 day notice period) and no exit permit required from the company.

To cut long story short... is it safe to submit labor card to one company and then resign and switch to another job???
