Abu Dhabi - Adnoc distribution

Good morning all,
I was wonder if somebody here could help out, as we have a past pool of experienced ppl.

One of my friends is in the process of securing a job @ Adnoc dist as a Sr eng with a total of 8- 10 years of experience. Could you advise what he should expect in terms of salary + perk and the work environment.

anybody here who has worked with Adnoc could he great help.
