anybody knows abt the HMC 108 contract.
i got a job in HMC as a nurse-selected frm india,my hus is working in qatar,and interviewer told me as per the qatars new rules your hus wants to sponser u in qatar.but he dont hav family visa and salary at all.i dont know,wat she means?she wrote on the top of my CV -Husband is working in qatar.the meantime i signed one HMC 108 contract also.anybody knows abt the new rules of qatar or hmc?

I understand that you had been interviwed in India and you have signed a contract of 108 with HMC.
Firstly you shall ask them whetehr your contract made is a Overseas contract or not.You have to learly tell them that your husband doesnot have family stautus or the salary to apply one for you.
If you are observed as an 108 staff Nurse asa LOCAL contract means you will get a salary 6550QR +1250QR as transport allowance...You are not entitled to get ticket allowance and accomodation allowance which will be a huge loss to you....
But is you are taken in a OVERSEAS contract your salary structure would be a s follows:-
1) Basic salary - 6550 QR
2) Transport allowance - 1250 QR
3) family accomodation allowance- 5500 QR
4) and return flight ticket to india after 12 months.
