Architect Salary

Hi everybody,
I would really appreciate if you can help me with an offer I’ve got.
I’m an architect with 8 years work experience in site management and design. I’ve got no Gulf experience. What would be appropriate salary for someone with my references if accommodation, transport, 30 days holiday are provided by employer, company paid health card as well.

Thank you for your help

Hi dinno777, assuming you went on to take that position you were offered 4 years ago, what is the sallary one should be hoping for with such qualifications? I happen to be from Croatia as well - Master's Degree in Arch. / 9 years of work experience.

Thank you for all your answers.

I'm from Croatia and my level of education is Master of Arch.(5 years of study), I have acquired my country's professional license and I'm member of CAA (Croatian Architects’ Association).

as per above and the following plus the employers look at the following:

Your level of education i.e. Masters degree, Professional Degree undergraduate etc.

Your licensures, BREAM, RIBA, AIA, NCARB LEED etc.

First off it depends where you are currently living.

If you are from the UK then you should be expecting over QR 25.000 per month. This is on top off all the other benefits you mentioned.
