civil engineer with 3 years experience?

I am a Turkish resident and have more than 3 years experience as civil engineer. Recently I am offered a job by a turkish company to be for position of business development executive. Their offer is 22200 QAR (13700 QAR basic + 5500 QAR housing + 3000 QAR) plus 4 return tickets to Turkey per annum.

The job involves a lot of traveling in and around Middle East which means all other business related expenses will be paid additionally.

However I am a bit confused as I have opportunity to be able to work in some solid international consultant/contracting companies of which I have no idea about their salary range.

So any suggestions will be appreciated.

my friend is an average offer

like mine

they offered me

14000qr

8000 qr house

1500 qr car

axa regional 1 medical (ask that), 6000qr annual tickets, pc, mobile, 28 days paid annual leave

i m trying also to find out if these kind of offers arre ok!!!!

most say go for it

my opinion is ask some more money for the house!!!!
