I am a PMP certified planning engineer but have found it really tough to get a job in Qatar. I just want to know if certifications are valued in Qatar. Thank you

The schedules for PMP MARCH–2016 are as follows.
28/03/2016 - 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm - (Sat/Mon/Wed) - 3 classes a week for 1 month approx. (limited seats only remaining 9 seats only)
31/03/2016 - 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm - (Sun/Tue/Thus) - 3 classes a week for 1 month approx. (limited seats only remaining 12 seats only)
25/03/2016 - 07.30 am to 11.30 am - Fridays Only - 9 weeks approx for 40 hours 2 month approx. (limited seats only remaining 14 seats only)
25/03/2016 - 02.00 Pm to 07.00 Pm - Fridays Only - 8 weeks approx for 40 hours 2 month approx. (limited seats only remaining 15 seats only)
