Everyone who is employed in Qatar is entitled to an end of service gratuity as long as they have completed at least one full year of service with that company. You should also have a contract. This is one of the Qatar Labour Laws and is non-negotiable - it should be at least equivalent to 3 weeks' salary for every full year of service completed, i.e. so if you have worked for 3 full years, you should receive 3 times 3 weeks salary - based on your salary at the time you leave. Hope this helps!
