Do they get underpaid or are they treated just as well as males?

PART NINE

EMPLOYMENT OF WOMEN

Article (93)

A working woman shall be paid a wage equivalent to the wage payable to a man if she performs the same work and shall be availed of the same opportunities of training and promotion.

Almost impossible to answer here as salaries/accomodation all get blended together plus there are very evident differences in salaries based on nationality, and the status level of your employer. I guess I would have you think about the difference, if there is any, between your pay as a woman back home vs. a man and expect the same kind of differential here...

depends on the qualification and experience....there are girls holding top positions in well known companies...but the underpaid outnumber them on any given day.
