GBM incentives

Dear guys,

i've been recently been ofered a position to work with GBM (not qatar ).

i was talking with their GM and he said that their is alot of incentives like free children education + medical insurance + god knows what but we havent yet talked regarding the salary.

the position offered is System X sales support or pre-sales.

I am 25 years old with 1 year in system X experience and 3 years in project management and General IT.

will you please advise what would be considered a good salary from GBM and maybe talk a lil bit about its incentives and if its a good idea to switch to it.

your help will be highly appreciated.

GBM will pay for a system X pre-sales with 1 year EXP in IBM system X and 3 year General IT exp a package of 50,000 QR

dude its not a managerial position.

i pretty much doubt that they offer such a package!
