HOW MUCH COST SYSTEMS ENGINEER???????

i need a Systems Engineer, IT Engineer and Network Technicians.
please advise me how much the cost per hour for a systems engineer and how much per hour cost me the technician to provide me technical support for my Network ?

- Network consist of 7 Servers (mail server, file and print, 2 domain controllers, SQL server, SAP DMS Server, terminal server)

- 34 PC
- Cisco Switches
- Bandwidth Management
- firewall
- Cisco Routers
- Barcode Printer + external Print Server
- projector

please urgent advise needed.

i need a person to contract with him to provide me the technical support 1 day a week for this network.

i cant hire an employee and thats why am asking about hourly rate for such specialist.

For Professional IT Engieer you have appoint at least 3 year experience in Servr Side with All qualifications(Eng Degree+Certifications)

The salary range should be 6000-8000 QR basic and accomodation or allowances and all other benifits.
