How much salary / benefits will be offered in MES school for a English Teacher?

My wife is in India and she is MA Mphil PGDELT & doing PhD in English.

What else we could include in our negotiation?

She will get a interview call in this week.

10KS ,HEALTH INSURANCE,HOUSE ALLOWANCE, TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE , CHILDREN EDUCATION , ETC.

3k including all inclusive.almost all expt school offering this package.

Unfortunately, offers are based on DNA not on credentials here in Doha. I don't know precisely about MES but generally schools offer around 6000QR to non native speakers.
